Reps don’t level up from a one-day ride-along or a regional workshop. They need consistent coaching (3–6 months) to actually change behavior, grow accounts, and close bigger deals.

Policies

  • All engagements are custom and begin with a field assessment; deliverables and rollout scope are defined from findings.

  • Initial focus is injectables; other business units (devices, inside sales, etc.) may be added under separate scopes.

  • Client initiates vendor credentialing. Please provide required forms and contacts.

  • Work begins after approval and deposit.

  • Pilot retainer: from $15,000 (+ reasonable travel & expenses at cost).

  • Deposit: 50% due at signing; balance net 15 days from delivery of findings.

  • Program pricing: post-pilot pricing depends on scope. Typical ranges are shared after findings (no surprises, no lock-in).

  • Travel is booked upon deposit.

  • Reschedule ≥10 business days: no fee. Reschedule <10 business days: pass-through change fees apply.

  • Cancellation after booking: deposit is non-refundable + any non-recoverable travel.

  • A mutual NDA is available.

  • Client data is used only to perform the engagement and is deleted/returned at project end upon request.

  • Heddy frameworks, tools, and content remain Heddy IP.

  • Client receives a perpetual, internal-use license for deliverables created during the engagement.

  • Client ensures appropriate access, safety, and compliance with company and clinical policies.

  • Heddy does not provide clinical care.

  • Economy flights or client policy equivalent.

  • Reasonable hotels near territories; rideshare/car as needed.

  • Itemized receipts are provided.

  • Each party agrees not to solicit or hire the other’s personnel involved in the engagement for 12 months after completion (reasonable carve-outs for general job postings).

  • Case studies or testimonials require prior written approval.

  • Your logo is never used without consent.

  • Measurable adoption and revenue KPIs are set at kickoff.

  • If something isn’t working, we adjust fast—no wasted cycles.
